Landmark 24 Homes delivers over 330 homes per year throughout 15 active subdivisions.
These five subdivisions are responsible for delivering 100 homes per year.
Landmark 24 has a portfolio of 30 floor plans for the entry-level, move-up, active-adult, and luxury home buyers.
With over 1 Billion in revenues since 2009, Landmark 24 has cemented themselves as southeast Georgia's #1 local builder.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction activities and supervise on-site Landmark 24 staff and trade partners.
Ensure all construction follows design specifications and Landmark 24 construction standards.
Coordinate with project managers, trade partners, to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform quality control inspections of all new construction homes.
Manage budgets, schedules, and adhere to timelines, reporting progress, to senior management.
Perform Safety checks Solve, anticipate, and prevent problem Accept material and approve completed work Pass all municipality inspections Recommend cost and scheduling improvements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of construction management experience.
Proven track record with ground-up construction Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
