Job Description:
Serve as a Data analysis in a Navy Base (Kitsap Silverdale ) activity on data analysis and special projects involving data manipulation and analysis.
Conduct employee engagement throughout the year; serve as employee point of contact for resolution of issues; and provide advice to employees as needed for individual contribution plan and self-assessments.
Create and modify employee records, electronic appraisal information, and perform analysis regarding compensation by employee class, trending, and employee contribution.
Keeping data current at all times.
