Reports to Branch Leaders and Supervises Operations Leaders.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients Ensure all clients are met with highest degree of customer service Be proactive and responsive, addressing all outreaches by the end of each day Build and improve relationships within the community Coordinate critical responses Client/Property Data Entry Thoroughly review and communicate all client agreements Retain at least 92% of annual contract accounts Present numbers and solutions weekly to team Responsible for upselling enhancement work to existing clients, design said projects Maintain sales pipeline
Qualifications:
Sales experience and/or horticulture production.
Preferred
Experience:
5 Years Managing Sales 5 Years in Landscape or Horticulture Design Customer Service
