Relief Office Person

Duties include:
Answering phone calls, returning calls Taking payments both over the phone and in person Basic building and property maintenance Assisting with moving side of company Will need basic computer skills must be able to work Microsoft word and Excel Will need good commutation skills The relief person will be required to travel from one location to the other, less then 4 miles.
You will be relieving for lunches for the full time managers as will as at least two Saturday's a month.

Providing days off as needed, and in case of sick you would take over for the manager.
Must have dedicated transportation Must be drug free Must be flexible for work hours Work at least two Saturday's a month, work for Managers days off and on call for sick days.
