Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
This includes project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Duties - Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout - Develop project schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule - Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Identify potential issues or risks and develop mitigation strategies - Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns - Review and approve contractor purchase orders and variance purchase orders - Prepare project reports and documentation as required Skills - Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices - Proficiency in construction management software such as ThreadKore, BuilderTrend, or CoConstruct - Familiarity with quantifying software, such as BlueBeam, PlanSwift, or Onscreen Takeoff - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels - Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools - Familiarity with Civil 3D or other design software is a plus If you are a highly organized individual with excellent project management skills and a passion for construction, we would love to hear from you.
