- PORTER/GROUNDSKEEPER
- MAKE READY technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in multi-family housing industry (or related experience)
- MUST be able to pass criminal background check- no felonies and no misdemeanors of a violent nature
- Positive attitude and ready to work
-Punctual and detail oriented
Examples of responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to grounds clean up, trash pick up, changing light bulbs and pressure washing.
